All data entered will be treated confidentially. They only serve to answer your request as good and fast as possible.

Are all configurations checked? Yes, we make sure that each configuration is complete and that we have all the info we need.

If any questions arise during the configuration process, e.g. regarding the personalisation and printing of your pop up gazebo, one of our experts will be there for you. He/she will help you within 24 hours with tips, tricks and answers so that you end up with exactly what you need. After everything has been clarified, you will receive your offer.

With the expert you will discuss the print graphics (if selected), which will then be brought to perfection by our graphics team.

If you have not selected any personalisation option for your configuration, then you will receive the offer without obligation via email within 24 hours (working days). In this case, no personal exchange with our staff is necessary (unless you have questions).

Production and shipping

After you have confirmed the offer, we immediately start to produce your gazebo at our two production sites in Europe. Your pop up gazebo will be printed, sewn and assembled there. We then carry out a quality check to ensure that your pop up gazebo is functioning flawlessly when you receive it.

Nice to know: In the production process of our pop up gazebos, there are some steps where manual work is crucial. Because when it comes to millimetre work, we leave nothing to chance!

In 4-14 days (depending on the order) your dream tent will already be with you and it will be ready for use immediately.
